What QRmenia collects, where it is kept, who else can see it, and how to have it removed. Written to describe what the app actually does, not what a template says it might do.

| Approximate location | Only after you tap the locate button and your browser asks permission. It centres the map. It is not stored on our servers and not sent anywhere else. |
| Assistant messages | What you type to the in-app assistant is sent to Anthropic to produce a reply. Do not put personal details in it. |
Your bookings, chat history, scans, saved list, sign-in state and which promo stories you have already seen are kept in your browser's own storage on this device. They are not cookies, they are not used for tracking, and they never reach us unless one of the actions above sends them.
Clearing your browser's site data for qrmenia.com removes all of it.
The database is Supabase, hosted in Frankfurt, Germany (European Union). The site itself is served by Vercel. Access is restricted by database policy so that booking, feedback and scan records can be read only by an administrator who has signed in — not by anyone else holding the app's public key.
These services process data on our behalf, and only for the purpose given:
Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared for advertising.
Partner promo stories expire 24 hours after publication and their records and images are deleted about a week later. Bookings, feedback and scans are kept until they are no longer needed for the booking or for the business's own records. Ask and they will be deleted sooner.
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, and it will be done. You can refuse the location prompt and the rest of the app still works. You can use the app without signing in; you simply lose the cross-device saved list.
QRmenia is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data.
